In which case I suggest either making this teleport free or a lot cheaper if possible, otherwise you might as well just take a herogate directly to the town.

If this is not possible, could they just extend the tracks coming from spawn?

Well if the lines from the spawn are going out, there's not really any need for herogates to the stations. As to get on the line: "You teleport to Spawn"

And if you wanted to go to a city you would either travel from Spawn, your town's station or just herogate their directly.

This would make herogates to stations pointless, unless I'm missunderstanding something, which is quite possible.

That's fine - Herogates are suppose to cost - rails are suppose to be free.

Seems like we will need to change the layout of the spawn station. Needs to be craftbook friendly.

Will spawn have 2 rails for going out and coming in? Or will it just connect to another station that will have incoming and outgoing to all towns?

Also, prehaps a vendor at the spawn station that sells Minecarts for a resonable amount (3c - 5c ?) a la the old redstone dust one.
