ABOUT US:
Brome is a unique little settlement located about a thousand blocks West of the DH Empire. It was founded by a group of close friends on December 23, 2010. Brome is consistently undergoing transitions, and has greatly evolved since its founding.
One of the most redeeming aspects of Brome is it's governing system. We've put in a lot of thought and effort into constructing what we feel is the fairest and most effective form of government for Brome. Before any sort of legislation gets passed, we first arrange a meeting at our senate building. There, we allow for each senate member to present an argument and vote on whether or not to pass the law.
In order to provide our citizens with a voice, we also allow non-senate members of Brome to propose laws to be voted on. This way our town is constantly evolving, and because power is distributed equally, we're able to ensure with confidence that any decisions passed are done so with good intentions.

RULES
1. Freedom of speech.
2. No vandalism on public or private property is allowed.
3. Do not trespass on another citizen’s property without consent.
4. Never steal from a fellow citizen.
4. No killing within the town borders.
5. Killing another citizen is only allowed in times of self defense.
6. The Broman senate reserves the right to agree on new rules.
7. Anyone in Brome can propose a new law, but it must be passed by the Broman senate to be official.
8. The Broman senate has the right to exile rule breakers.
9. Citizens of Brome reserve the right of fair and equal treatment during a dispute.
10. Try to keep buildings in accordance with the “look” of Brome.
11. First time citizens are allowed a 7x7 lot to construct a home - any further property outside the lot must be purchased or exchanged.
12. Construction of HOMES is not allowed within the Financial District. (Inner walls)
13. Do not build on any property other than your own.
14. Free market will always be practiced.
15. In order for a law to be passed, no less than 60% of the Broman senate must be present.
16. During times of war, the Broman senate can issue a draft.
17. If a citizen has been inactive for more than a month - his/her property can be re-purposed or demolished.
18. 2/3rds of the senate must be in agreement for a legislation to pass.
19. Although freedom of speech is granted, please respect one another.
