This is not a Official HC post, this is for towns to use if they wish.
This forum page is for keeping track of people that have not been a good player as part of your town, but mostly this is a place to put those who have stole, killed, or some how made life in your town a living hell WELL part of your town, and on the region. This is a Blacklist for the Towns!

WOW, quite a story here. He managed to get himself up to a position of trust and power with region ownership. One day, after he apparently got pissed off and had a little hissy fit, he decided to gang up with some people and let them into the town and the chests, stealing as much as they can. He then denied it after we showed him the proof but eventually admitted to it. Do NOT trust this person.

--This Blacklist is not to be used lightly at all. If you put someone on this list you better have a good reason and say why you added them.
--To Put someone on this list they(the wrong doer) must have been put on the town region and have been on the town region well doing so, meaning if the player was not part of your town and was not on the town region, do NOT add them to this list. Having someone raid your town and brake rule to do so, is not what this list deals with, so do NOT add them here. Agian the player must have been on the town region when commiting the wrong doing.[\size]
--Anyone that uses this blacklist in a wrong way, as in: adding people that should not be on the list, or do not have any proof of what the person did, (do not post proof here in the thread), your post will be deleted and your town will be blacklisted for misusing the blacklist. You will have 24hr from the time I PM you about your mis-posting on the blacklist you edit your post before I add you and your town to the Blacklist.

--If you are on this BlackList and want off you need a make a "Thread" in "General", the heading has to read "[In Game Name] BlackList [Town that blacklisted you] Repeal" if the name of your Thread does not follow that, I will NOT remove you from the Blacklist, even if the server says to remove you from it, next you need to add a poll, their should be 3 options,
