Mayors/SICS/T3+ will be able to 'open' bank accounts and share between friends. You will have to define the area for your bank account - since we will not be using a global bank account system. (Township banks!)
Here are the commands - note - you MUST password your bank account and use /account withdraw BANKNAME (case sensitive) AMOUNT PASSWORD
