About Tar Valon: Tar Valon is one of the largest cities in a series called The Wheel of Time, by Robert Jordan. It's main characteristic is a monstrous white tower around which the rest of the city is built. In WoT, the White Tower houses Aes Sedai, women who wield magic. It's also the governing force of the city. However, the HC Tar Valon is not copying politics. The only thing we are taking is city/tower design, and the idea that that enormous tower is the governing power.
There is a 5 high wall ringing the tower, named the 'Inner Wall', and the tower itself goes from 65 -> 128. The tower begins at 25x25 and every three levels shrinks by 2. (23x23, 21x21, etc) The underground section covers the entire tower grounds (from the center of the tower to the outside of the Inner Wall.) making it 43x43.

So Blav and Raolan are both very busy and have offered to make me the temporary mayor of Tar Valon while they focus on school. We have a lot of inactive people so our main goal will be to recruit new citizens and residents. We've been busy improving the town by building many projects which i'll list in a future post. I'll also add some screenshots from around town.

IpwnUcall911 seems to be looking at other towns like Cliff Haven and New Hope so we're not sure which town he'll end up joining.

We have two new citizens in Tar Valon, ItzSpacely and koeppel26. I can't edit the first post so Raolan will have to do it.

Matt, I just talked to ItzSpacely. He is a citizen of Tar Valon from his own words. He's new and didn't know you couldn't be a citizen of more than one town.

Sorry for the confusion. We've told him you can only be a citizen of one but a resident of multiple towns. I'll let you decide whether he can be a resident.
