Still a work in progress, but we are accepting new members.

Rules: No griefing – if a person’s house is not regioned then you are still not allow to destroy anything. Keep things the way they are unless you are modifying your house.
No stealing – if a players chest is not LWC’ed then please don’t steal from it anyhow.
No begging/whining – we are certainly willing to lend/give items that you need but please don’t beg for money or items. Also don’t whine when someone kills you or use our chat as a place to cry about how hard herocraft is. Cursing is allowed although excessive cursing will lead to a warning. 2 warnings will get you kicked out of the town.
Be friendly – we are all one community. Help each other and look out for one another. Just be a friendly positive contribution to our town.
Replant – replant all crops, trees and reed you farm from the farms available in our town. Failing to do so will lead to a warning.
No PVP – Pvp will not be allowed in the town anywhere. Also, killing another town member against their will will result in a warning, as we are all working together to make our town better. Other than that feel free to kill any boso that comes your way.
Stay in your plot – don’t build outside your given plot. If you do, it will result in a warning. Some layers are only one deep therefore you will not be able to build down. Also, make your house look nice. Don’t make it look sloppy. While we wont punish you for doing so, we will help you design a better looking house.
Stay active – we are all busy but if you are gone for 4 or more weeks it will result in an automatic kick from the town as well as your house being demolished and/or renovated.

- Part of Lumina is underwater, soooo... we had to do a LOT of draining to clear it out, but we just finished, so this level will soon be ready to build on (casino coming soon!)

- Also, a shop will be up soon on ground level

- WE NOW HAVE A HEROGATE!

we should be more or less completed with building by this weekend so feel free to come over.
The next 5 people that join will get an a 15x15 plot free and some tools if anyone is interested.

To do list:
Finish Farm Layer/Farms
Finish Ground Level
Finish remaining 3 Towers (N,W,S.E)
Establish top layer.
Start setting up plots, some free and some that cost money (noble+)
Start building town buildings
ie: casino, shop, smith, townhall and any other ideas you guys throw at us.

We are now saving up for an expansion!
We need 8000c and we have about 3000 at the moment.
Our goal is around 10000 for supplies and materials to build with.
We should accomplish this in about a week.

Goals:
We have a ridiculous amount of space so that is better for you guys!
Although my SIC's don't want it i will be drastically reducing prices and raising the free 10x10 plot to 15x15.

Other buildings that we should be finishing are:
Bank
Smith (2nd Shop)
Town Hall

All 4 Towers are constructed as of now, however they are missing tops.
They all extend to the middle making a cross. This will eventually be another layer with even more plots available.

We have about 4 new members.
I encourage you to come join or take a look. =D

We continue to expand!
I have 9000coins as of now and will be expanding but before i do that we need more people!
We are about 6-7 people short of the required 20 so come on over and enjoy your free 15x15 plot!
We still have a lot of room in our 150 block radius and will continue to build there some more.

We also added a recruiting feature.
When you join you have a choice of a FREE:
diamond shovel
diamond pick
diamond axe
diamond sword
diamond hoe
or 2 diamond!

Please don't join to take these and leave.

Also, money is really not a problem as we have about 3 dedicated miners constantly feeding me gold to sell to DHX so with my permission you can build a construct and you might even get payed up to 1000c!

Rules for this:
Cant take up more than 20x20
Don't be lazy, hardstone instead of cobble
Must be well lit
Can only be build on ground level (as of now)

No new members since my last post...well there are i just forget the names. I will start keeping track of members, regions and plots now too.

To do list:
1. Bridges
2. Finish Towers
3. Complete Top Layer
4. Build a flat hardstone surface on ALL lumina owned land.
5. Recruit!

Hey man, quick heads up. Don't upgrade till about 25 citizens. what happens if you get your rings and then a bunch of them go inactive? Give yourself some slack for inactivity.
I've seen too many towns fail because of this.

We have also created a very nice station when you enter lumina that gives information to people who arnt citizens and denys acess from people who arnt. Also gives a to-do list and what we are/our rules so on so forth.

im going to be finishing the top layer and then the bank - which is going to be completely made out of gold/iron blocks - gunna look cool

then im going to make a skycraper shop with every available item in the game

also i feature i added is that there will be a 5x5 wall
on this wall you can put you opinions of prices, telling me if somthing is out of stocks and anything else that is RELEVANT

A general store: just miscellaneous items like wool and arrows and stuff
a marketplace people can set up small stalls
a park
a town hall

I would be happy to help in building any of these

the middle water layer is really only available to
mayor
sics
bankers
founders
and i couple lucky citizens
then the rest is town related buildings like banks and shops
so if we have room, sure we could make one
