Is it possible for mayors to create town groups on the forums, so that it would be easier to organize attacks and activities, but only the members of the town could see it?

hmm - yes I believe it is possible. I think we may have kingdom groups instead... otherwise you'll have 50+ groups on the forums and that will be a nightmare.
