Resolved Town Distance Bug

Kainzo wanted me to post a bug report about our town being unable to be created because we are too close to another town.

Edit: Confirmed that Paragon is farther than 1000 blocks from our location.

distance is set to 20 now... down from 25 to see if that would help.

what would that value signify? 20 chunks between town centers? town edge? is that in chunks at all? lol
