Bug Town didn't produce, but taxes were removed

Worked for me, got my housing income, all my regions are working, taxed like normal. Something must be wrong with your towns specifically.

Not really sure. It just started working again. Might have been when Alator upgraded our Council Room into a Sitting Chamber.
