Resolved /town claim command claims wrong area

Well, there is ONE problem still- the claim message gives the x/y coords when it displays to the server, meaning it suggested the regions were at -422, 66 when in actuality it's more like -422, -2200. So, the message uses y when it should be Z, but aside from that, it's a total PEBKAC issue.

The town members who said "no regions lol" have been sacked.
