Suggestion TNT Minecart

With the addition of TNT working in Herocraft. @STDs4YouAnd4Me and a few others have seen TNT Minecarts as something that could be added to Herocraft. It could be used defensively by towns and whatever else people think of. I think it would be cool to have it.

Could be restricted toward Engineers crafting or something.

It's currently disabled and can't be crafted by any profession. This was not the case in previous maps.

Please allow TNT Minecarts to be used or I will cry 1,000 tears. Thanks.

@Piptendo this should be an easy addition to Engineer's crafting recipes if there isn't any issues with TNT minecarts. Item ID is 407. We already talked about this in discord a few days ago.
