I hope this does not hurt my chances(which it probably will)but most of the time I will increase my age so people do not immediately consider me too immature or young to play on their server(also I don't understand what I was thinking at that time since there were other applicants at my age).My parents use language around me and I grew up with it,but I just don't want to be kicked out because of my age.

I do not hate you, however I will have to deny your application as you do not meet the age requirement for our ToS nor COPPA. Federal law is the reason for denial. You may re-apply the day you turn 13. You are free to play on the server via greylist.
