The one-slash kill is just an exaggeration. With 40 Strength, you'll achieve 75 left-click damage at level 61 with a normal Diamond Sword whilst having borderline 1200 HP. It's made for PvP 1v1s.

you forgot blessing, this build is mainly used for jumping from one mountain to another and having a friend to do it with you and laugh at them when they miss the jump by a few blocks and fall to their death, over and over again
