Yeah thats what happens to most windows, it doesn't affect you or anything. I wouldn't worry about it.

It DOES however, continuosly minimize everything to the desktop.. we have that problem on the kids computer and it is sooo annoying. Especially for the 4 yr old when he's playing firefall...

It actually just does nothing. I intentionally minimized Minecraft and Teamspeak to show the black desktop with the not genuine watermark... Only thing it does is, every now and then, it pops up a "Windows is not genuine" balloon.

From a server standpoint once your authentication expires, windows attempts to connect to its severs quite often using numerous ports to update itself. Which can lead to lag, random ports going crazy, and general haywire. Use a good firewall!
