Rules are usually picked up from chat, at least the unclear ones, which there are plenty of (intown robbery, killing in townhalls, abuse of broken skills etc).

Which is probably why people get away with breaking rules so frequently, because they can plead ignorance.

Ignorance has never worked with me. If it seems like an asshole thing to do, then don't do it. It's amazing how far a simple rule like that will get people in life.
