Uses an arrow to lockpick into a locked chest, (NON-LWC) takes 20secs.
The idea is that other than LWC any player can lock their chests so that only certain players can access it however theifs can break into these locked chests.

As the link shows however theifs will be the only ones able to use hoes to do so and its all on chance.

How to 'Lock Pick' a Chest?:
To lock pick a chest you simply need to use a hoe. Each hoe has a different success rate;
Wooden -> Diamond, Wooden of course, easiest to obtain, hardest to use. Diamond has a success rate of around 5-7 times on average.

Im not too familiar with this plugin but I do hope that to use the lock chest command it will cost around 100c.

I dont think the lock picking will work because it would defeat the purpose of LWC

Kwong what do you mean? LWC will not be pickable, only chests that have been locked with that plugin.
