1. 1. Minecraft In-game name: TheBanus
   2. Location & Age: USA, WA. 22 Years Old
   3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when):Ill try to the best of my knowledge.
   4. First ban:Miner Apocalypse Server. I hid in someones base and watched them dig up a chest. When they logged off I dug up the spot the chest was in and looted it. They logged back on and claimed to be xrayed. I tried to appeal, but was told I needed screenshot proof I saw them dig it up, I didn't have proof.
   5. Second Ban: Hardcore SMP: Dug straight down to escape a spider when at low hp and found a cave. Mined the ore in the cave and got banned for xray. Was told that only xrayers dig straight down.
   6. Third Ban: Not sure what server it was: Found a garden with a sign that said free watermelon, just replant. I got banned for griefing the watermelon farm, even though I replanted. Apparently it was a trap.

   8. How did you hear about Herocraft?:Randomly found it on forums, looks fun.
   9. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?:Yes
   10. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?:Yes
   11. Reason you should be accepted: The server I used to play on closed down after being up for around 4 months. I'll understand if you don't want me to play because of my bans(although they were for misunderstood reasons).

   13. Additional Info:I'm not sure, but I think I played on the server before, it sounds too familiar.
