You say that I shouldn't be calling all of you out and that this is just a smear campaign against the TCs, but all you do here is neglecting the fact that your member still has the stolen goods.
He was banned for one measly week and gets to keep all the assets that were mined over the course of the last three months? How is THAt fair? Why should it NOT be okay to try and get the stuff back?
If he's not going to be permanently banned like his companion, which I don't understand in the first place, why does he get to keep the stuff he took and why don't the tree Creepers, as a group, oppose his rule breaking by trying to fix it?
IF the TC really were the "great bunch of guys/girls" why do they neither openly oppose or condone their mates' behaviour?

I don't think you guys(TC) are evil. Personally I think you make evil look bad. I don't mean any offence. However evil done right can be respectable. Whereas all I ever see the TC do is troll people. Atleast HollowSith and C12 made an actual rebuttal to your claim. I just can't respect a troll though. It's moronic and makes you look like a highschooler(or younger). It's to be expected considering HC has an age minimum of 13, but I'm pretty sure you guys are older than that. I'm completely ok with you guys going out and killing everything you find, I think that's really cool. In some aspects the server needs a group like you. The trolling just makes you look bad As for Weynard's items, I think it falls into a rough gray area. Sure abusing regions is really bad, and the chest logs proved they did some kind of exploit to get inside, but even town theft is legal(if you didn't join just to do it), so it's hardly grounds to get the items back. However looking back, in 1.6.6 there was a nasty LWC bug that would randomly wipe all chests and sign text in a small area, and all my lwcs got hit. I was fortunate to get my items spawnned back thanks to the date stamp on a screenshot I took of my chest. With this in mind, I think weynard should get the items, because like with punishing the ones who exploited, all the damage should be reversed.

However, considering:

1.2 Intentionally abusing glitches or game mechanics.

The problem is, the damage is they cheated to get into your safe room. Once inside they did the legal action of stealing. So of course they will get in trouble or banned for it, but I'm not sure if the items will be returned. It's like someone goes on a road rage killing spree, then afterwards sells drugs. They receive the death penalty for the vehicular manslaughter, then are tried for drug dealing when they are already dead. It's just not gonna happen.

tl;dr:

• Trolling and acting like a highschooler =/= evil
• I think what the TC do in terms of PVP is good for the server
• I'd respect them more if they didn't have so many exploiters and trolls
• I think weynard should get the items back
• The server rules say he shouldn't, but the people who robbed him deserve a ban.

Weynard, just because we don't fight with one another on the forums about issues within our group doesn't mean we haven't discussed the issues and have taken/ not taken any actions. We talk over a Teamspeak server for hours at a time each day. Quit assuming and quit accusing. What we do about it is our own business. Grow up scrub. Again, PM an admin before this gets out of hand.

IMO Typically most of the trolling done by the few of our members who do, are done in response to something clearly ridiculous and uncalled for. Such as this thread. Taking shots at us is not going to help anything.

@weynard you don't need to tell me twice there are some really annoying trolls within the TC, but HollowSith is right that they cannot all be bad. This topic definitely isn't helping your case.

I know it is horrible Weynard! The way they treat themselves and how they expect to be treated is horrible! I hea TC telling others all the time that they ''Suck''. I have even been called a ''Pussy'' by Dmil too (Screenshot of this too, if you'd like).

I think the server needs Evil Groups. BUT! The Tree Creepers are doing it at such a scale it just is not fun anymore. The bad history they have and the way they treat others really just does not make me believe they should continue to exist as a group on the server.

In other words, they are BAD at being BAD! They don't know how to be purely evil and just spam whatever they can at someone (jn some cases all their weapons) in order to deal with a problem.

Thats why almost all towns are against them. I know the following are:

- D101
- Orion
- Ironpass
- Spire
- MNU
- Maybe Newerth's Kingdom?

All of these are reasonably large towns with a very active community.

I swear, why do the TC allow themselves to be attacked? They seek drama is what I believe.

Well I know for one I have never actually had any run ins with the TC (I hope >_<) But they seem to have a nasty reputation as a bunch of abusive trolls in game and out (Im not saying you are but you sure as hell seem to have done something) So it is to be expected that a possible new member to the TC thought they being a treecreeper could break rules and get away with it. That is not the case but the tree creepers status does give new people the idea that they are some kind of "Gang" in HC that cant be stopped.... By anything. That adds to the whole "Evil" thing yes but is a problem if they decide to recruit someone who is relatively new to the server(Note that by "new" I mean that they have not had the experience of being raided or in any other fashion, may not have experienced the shitstorms the TC's cause first hand) Causing them to possibly think they can get away with exploiting bugs.

Now on terms of "Should these things be given back to me" I say
Yes: The reason is that he NEVER would have been able to raid wey if they hadn't of exploited a glitch so that means that they abused a bug to gain an unfair advantage over another player in the world of HC (Isnt this bannable?)Almost (Note not NEARLY as sever) like fly hacks or xraying, They did something anyone else COULD DO but what most people know NOT TO DO, so alas the people who did exploit this bug should be investigated and items returned.

Well I feel that it's encouraging others (especially with Weynard publizicing it like this) that if you risk it, cheating can get you and your group pretty far. I think that's wrong.

As for the trolling and their childish humor, I'm not saying they ARE childish, it's just annoying as fuck I used to think dmil, rubberduck, and devon were hilarious! In those few brief times in the Newerth mob spawner. I'm sure they are having a great time. It's not that they ARE childish, because they are not, it's that they are ACTING childish to piss people off. It's annoying as fuck is all I have to say about it! lol

In other news, creating an obnoxious thread to call out a group on the basis that 2 individuals did something wrong is rather immature, calling others childish when oneself is acting in a very childish manner is very hypocritical and lowers your credibility. Attaching the ENTIRE TC group into this thread because 2 people did something is unreasonable. Its a weak justification for being angry at the legitimate TC that slay shit all day erry' day.
