The Global message that ends in "You have been warned."

There's a global server message that ends in something like "You have been warned." that sounds like it may be a personal warning. Seems to confuse new people that see it as they think they've gotten a personal warning. Maybe it should be changed to something like "You can be banned if you do blah"

Just a thought as I helped a new player out with that one today.

I think that particular one people tend to skip over a part of it to the "you have been warned" part. Which if they're a new player makes them think they're being warned. Just saying. Your call obviously.

Warnings are everywhere, not just in periodic broadcast messages. Everyone should know the rules anyways. Adding the "you have been warned" message at the end just clarifies one thing: if you break the rules, you will be banned, most times without question.
