I would agree with the hydromancer class and for skills you should take a look at my hydromancer thread i made a little while ago.

I'd like people to post the skills on here, so other people can like the skill. Skills with high ratings are edited into main post above

Skill: Currents
Effect: User affects a 5 by 5 area on the ground for 10 seconds. Party members (including the user) who step into this zone, gains a speed 4 speed boost for 3 seconds. Enemies that walk in gets slowness for 2 seconds.

(Adds +1 water pressure stack)

Effect: Creates like a 8 by 6 wall of water, like druids earth wall thingy, except its water, and skills and projectiles can be shot through
