[size=x-large]Update on the current situation[/size]

After the illegitimacy of ZELLIS' coup d'état was finally confirmed, NOVA has been returned to me, the previously highest-ranking officer within TOP.

[size=large]The following orders are put into effect immediately.[/size]

1) As the foul attempt to assimilate NOVA into the MOB hive was foiled, all connections with MOB are of course severed. NOVA City will remain in TOP.

2) ZELLIS was found guilty of high treason against NOVA and is hereby banished from all our premises without any chance for appeal. All orders he gave over the course of the period he managed to get his greedy hands on other people's dreams are nullified. He is to immediately return all city funds, including those he already sacrificed to satisfy his new overlords, he held as a banker and/or Mayor for NOVA and her members. He has no right whatsoever to claim them for himself. This applies as well to the city flags which are still missing.He has agreed to these terms and we shall see whether or not he chooses to heed his own words this time.

3) Blasphemy and all their despicable associates are to be regarded as enemies of the state. No trade shall be made with any member of their towns.

4) All previous citizens of NOVA, who have not been part of an MOB town, will be granted the right to return, no questions asked.

5) Recruiting new citizens will be our primary focus for some time now.

6) The "new" plots will be given out and building projects assigned. We have neglected this for too long.

7) Alliances and joint projects with other entities hostile to MOB will be actively sought after.

8) The nomination of a new city staff will take place some time this week.

9) New mayoral elections will be held two weeks after said nomination and continue to be held biweekly.

10) Houses/plots of inactive citizens and/or enemies of the state will be torn down/restored to their previous looks and their material be stored in chests outside the city

11) Although NOVA is still the capital of TOP at the moment, this might change in the near future.

If I may, Weynard, I would suggest the apartments be converted into extra storage for citizens and residents. Maybe a flat rate of like 20c or so per storage room. (Think like a donor bank sort of thing) I mean, we have SO much room, we don't need the apartment complex. Just my 2c!

-ZeTify is not a citizen of yours. He's a friend of mine IRL, so he'll be leaving with me and consider Prydde and MrLeeroy my gift to you. Also why is Aussie on the citizen list? Last I checked, he left HC 20 days ago and hasn't been seen since.

- I will return as much as 1.5k to Nova to make sure you have at least a chance. I don't care if you think that's not fair, I quite literally payed for the damn city and I never received any banking loans from Nova. I started doing it from 30c that I was given for building a garden in Sanctum and then banked and mined until I had enough to give to DHX, then I repeated the process multiple times.

By the way, Kaliven, thank you. I've become increasingly worried in the past week or so that the amount of vitriol was going to push people away--not just from Blasphemy and Artemis--but also from the server at large. There's no reason why we cannot be more civil, seeing as this is an unwinding activity for us all.

*Update on current status*

2/10/2011
Took down all inner walls and a portion of the outer wall of the city. Tower's are going to remain standing until we flag which should be terminated.


*Houses within NOVA will be torn down to make way for our new theme/style. If you have a house or apartment still in Nova city and have chests with item's or a building it needs to be taken down if you want to keep your things. I will be trying to get a hold of those that currently have houses within NOVA, if you dont all materials will be taken and stored in chests with your name on them.*

I will start the build on the Town bank tomorrow. I will be using a large area about where our current one is. Ill run it by impulse or weynard first but i think you might like what i have in mind.

Started lay out of bank and clearing ground and houses to start construction. It will take a while to build but will look amazing.

Also weynard add Rudders and Jesse333 back onto the citizen list, i talked to them last night when they were on and they said they are staying.

Ginnybinny is also a member i recruited ill try to get him to post on here confirming this soon.

*Update*
The bank has been laid out and is under construction, i hope to have the banking area finish by tomorrow so i can move into there to do all the banking needs of the Hero Craft community and our citizens.

Also the Nova bank buy's all citizen gold at 8.5c per piece regardless of amount. Prices are rounded UP to the nearest dollar.
