Construction has begun!!! We are located at the top right corner of Zeal! It's slow going, however, so it may take a week to finish. But the first Carnival event will be very soon!

No spawned items, all legit work - we can help fund it. No removing other regions/etc - it can still be pretty close to Zeal. At the moment - a region is allowed for block breaking.

I am making sure this is done in a hardcore manner. I'm hiring workers for clearing and using funding only for materials. All labor is funded by me. Just wanted to clarify so people don't say I'm wasting taxes for 100c an hour labor, and other generous payments.

Also, Iarbobray is my SIC on this project. Contact him if I am unavailable. Or just tag me in a forum post. I check the forums regularly.

New idea for the project: Have long wall with lots of paintings on it. The paintings MUST be able to fit a person. Then, behind a random painting remove 2 blocks so a person can fit through. The person playing the carnival game has to guess which painting is the one that is open. The person playing picks a painting and walks through. If they walk through successfully, they will be lead to a chest with a reward along with a one-way iron door exit. If they guess wrong and walk into a painting with actual material behind it, they have to try again. To avoid people going over and over again and getting it right over and over again because they won before and know which painting is the right one, everyone round change the painting that leads to the chest.

How about a booth where you have to break the redstone torch that is lit up? Like wack-a-mole with redstone...

I have a few concerns:
- Wouldn't the winner just be whoever can click faster and has better connection?
- How do we tell when someone gets hit? (do they take damage?)

We could make a mini arena like paintballing so it takes skill instead of a finger and good internet. It would have obstacles, holes and cover etc. How does that sound?

I think with an arena and hit detection this would definitely work. So we will do it as long as snowballs deal damage.

I wonder if I could get permission to make a regioned funhouse. I say regioned, because I would use portal blocks and the dizzy effect it uses to get people lost.

You reminded me of what Bob's other idea was; a mirror house. This fits perefctly so try it out. Umm put it just south of the dunk booth if you can. As for the lights, unless you post a screenie I'll tell you my thoughts tomorrow. But like you said, carnivals have a lot of lights so its probably not too much.

Could you region the outlined player shops? The plots are 4x4 and outlined with stone brick. I'd like to have each one as its own region so players can only edit their own shop. Please co-owner me so I can sell them and add the owner to the region.

@Punisher79 I need region access on the left hand side to make that look good. Also, player shops need individual regions. Your arch looks great, but I couldn't figure out how to get them to flash. (I am sooo bad with redstone.) Thanks!
