Bug Test server

I have tried almost all ip's for the test server. dhx.hc.to, test.hc.to, kain.zapto.org, dhx.zapto.org. No matter which one I use I can't poll/join the server. Any suggestions on how to fix this. I wanted to test the arena plugin. I doubt it is my connection due to the fact that I am polling the main server at 134ms(full bars).

It isn't up a lot, but I have it as kain.zapto.org. And it's up right now

Actually the test server is up most the time.
