Suggestion T2 Skills

I suggest that t2 skills should be acquired at a lower lv like 35 or 40. The reason for that is because it is such a long grind up to lv 61 with your xp cut to a third (or whatever it is) without being able to use the skills until you're completely mastered. Less grinding = more fun
