I would like to make the suggestion of being able to have the choice on whether the use flag should be allowed to be toggled off in the 20x20 town hall no pvp region only. I have talked to several mayors who would also like to be able to turn the flag off in that small safe zone. We are already forced to carry redstone torches for the very annoying task of opening our own doors, it would just be nice to actually have control over even a small part of our towns/cities.
