Yeelow you sure are persistent :D.
On the subject of shop prices in my opinion if the shop prices are lowered ( or even if not ) there should be a limit to shops / person ( maybe 1 max 2 / person ) if you want to sell a lot of stuff then buy a big shop if you want to sell only enchanted picks get a stall. I don't think that 1-2 people buying all the shops that are near the exchange is a healthy thing for the economy...
