Do you have mod-loader? Coz otherwise it wont work, as there is rei's and imp chat in there

I got a thread going with jars for 1.7.3 AND 1.8.1 both of which have a choice of mods installed. I'm running Minecraft on an iMac so we're kinda on the same boat.

Thanks but the problem just ended up being the glitch with the new HC update Kainzo had to fix last night (or whatever the problem was) and it works fine now. I posted before checking the IRC and learning what the problem was. I'm terribly sorry for jumping to such quick conclusions ^^'

1.9 isn't meant to fix 1.8 , 1.8.1 was meant to fix 1.8
