This is definitely not all that was talked about, but here is what Kainzo talked about, and what stood out to me.

1.7 release on RPG is still waiting on bukkit which is waiting on MCP

Shrine

• New PvE server connected to the hub
• A parallel universe to Haven with the same spawn, different terrain
• No PvP except for set zones. This will remove the PvP safety under level 10 in Haven
• Lower EXP rate and lower drop rate
• Will not be a greylist friendly area, Ruins will still be the preferred area for them
• Separate shard from RPG. Only levels and currency will be transferred. No current plans for items being transferred
• Planned to be released in a week or two, ideally before 1.7, but may be on 1.7 terrain

Shaman

• Uses totem skills
• Some areas still not coded, but the design document is all done
• Release may be pushed without all totems to be released earlier

Adventure

• Still being planned and designed
• It will contain large continents with races, classes, quests, and dungeons.

Chestshops

• Now refund 25s when destroyed
• Transactions are taxed 5%

Custom Items

• Item levels based quality of item and level of mob
• This will determine how many types of stats it has and how many sockets for gems

Heroes

• Generally wanting to change how you learn skills
• Learning skills through purchase from an NPC or reward from dungeon
