Im actually 16 but im going 17 in a month if you check my birthday date so its more or less the same thing really, as for you seeing another application its probably due to the fact that this account used to be my little brothers account and I bought it off him for 10 bucks and then I changed the password.

As long as you are aware you cannot share the account with your brother, and the account is solely yours, I will let the age thing slide. We do not allow account sharing, so just be mindful with that.
