@Kainzo Your spreadsheet for the township system on google docs is outdated.

I was also wondering if the 5 citizen minimum/10 cit min to achieve was still in effect for towns.

I see. But @Kainzo is it still true that the minimum citizen count for towns are 5? And so on as the old sheet said?

We chose to have a maintaining number so you would be able to keep the down functioning without having to mass recruit every few days.
