Well it is only 1.2.5, so no but there are serval ways hoow to get a dev build for 1.3 and use that, but be warned it is still buggy and is a little tricky to set up, there are several topics here about it I would give you a link but I'm on my phone

It's not a feature of spout it's done from some server based plugins. It's just a matter of updating the plugins which we haven't gotten around to yet.
