Bug Spell Warmup "Freezing"

This glitch has practically made me being a bloodmage unplayable almost.

Whenever I cast Siphon blood and do the warmup.I get stuck in place for 5 extra seconds afterwards and get steamrolled by whatever mob i,m fighting.

I,m not sure what causes this. Heard its been affecting other classes also.

i had this happen to me a couple times during the super heavy load periods when server first reset. havent had any issues since but i agree it is gamebreaking. dunno what can tell ya though as far as how to fix or anything.
