SPECIALITY Suggestion - Farmer!

I suggest that Crafters are given one extra spec to choice from, farmers.

Farmers, obviously, would mainly be producers of raw materials, such as wheat, melons and reeds.

As unique abilities, farmers would also be the only ones allowed to:

- Breed Animals (In 1.9).
- Farm and Harvest Pumpkins (Only they can place down pumpkin seeds, and remove pumpkins attatched to stems).

Special Skills:

Skills only available to the farmer specification:

- Egg Throw - Throws an egg and has a very high chance of it spawning a chicken, or maybe multiple chickens.
- Quick Growth - Grows any type of plant instantly. Like Overgrowth, but with food items too.
- MOOOO - Turns a normal cow into a Mooshroom.
- Cook - Turns a piece of raw food instantly into cooked food.

I think that a farmer specification will introduce a nice touch to Crafters. Currently, we do not have any class based on mass food production. We have:

-Engineers: Who make circuits.
-Masons: Who build stuff.
-Smiths: Who fix stuff.
-Alchemists: Who create stuff with raw goods.

-Farmers: Producers.

As for producing minerals, we already have the other four specs, but none of them specialise in farming.

I think there is going to be an animal breeding class added already.

Yeah, maybe it is a farmer?

I heard SOMETHING about that class, but nothing official. I asked Brutal and he did not know! :p

A farmer spec would be a great addition to the Crafter path. I like the idea, the skills are great too.

I completely support this. If anybody could breed animals the value of passive mob drops would significantly decrease which would be inconvenient.

Exactly. I also hear animal Breeding could be endless. If anyone had that ability, imagine the amount of animals on the server! :eek:

In that case i suggest removing breeding until it can be implemented into a hero class to avoid problems. The hit on the economy is bad enough but having an infinite amount of passive mobs taking up the 9000 limit is even worse.
