Spawn Shop permission issue

Shop tdc03

Will not allow me to add time by clicking sign
Also will not allow me to add a member, says I do not have permission

Opened first ticket on sign issue #2564. closed after no response for 6 days
Reopened new petition #2839 with both issues

Thanks Danda, sign works well now. Another issue arose though. I cannot place signs in the shop now, says I do not have permission. This could possibly be an issue......
