Someone in my house.

Hi I do not know where else to post this, but someone is trying to claim a house me and a few friends of mine are living in. they have stolen our stuff and keep spawn killing us as we try and get back into it. I do not have exact coords seeing as how they kill me every time I get near it but they have no claim and the house will show that if you use log block that we were indeed there first and they are trying to steal the house out from under us this is as far as I can tell violating the rules on their part please message me in game so I can take you there to show you.

Every part of this is legal except them claiming the house. The owner of the home must have a sign saying it is theirs. If you do have a sign saying it is your home, they cannot claim the house unless you are 1 month inactive I believe.

I do have a sign but its not dated we did not know we needed to, but logblock can confirm their signs say and I quote "Do not come back this is ours now, we suggest moving your base" and the rest is just flat out insulting that is breaking a rule at least. but we do have a sign it reads "Eliantrix's & S3kShUn18's house no admittance."

Yeah, that counts as a sign indicating it is yours, honestly, you already lost your stuff, you might as well move so you do not continue to lose. Me and my town members had a similar situation at the start of the map so yeah, just move. As for the insulting signs, take screenshots of them and then report them here on the forums in exploit reporting forum or in a personal message with an admin/mod

I will try but I cant as I said they wont allow me to because they keep killing me at random... cant get close enough to take a screenshot. I dont know what to do, since it is our house can we grief it?

They cannot grief it until they put a claim sign and wait 1 week to officially own it, so yes you can.
