- Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): May have some bans from the old "Minecraft Classic" game that was available on minecraft.net. Back when I lived at my mom's house, it was too easy for my brother to use the remembered username/password to log into my account. He was a total troll. I was not aware of this until now, but it appears he continued to use my account after I bought Minecraft Beta, and proceeded to get my account banned from at least one Beta server. He may have been using my account as recently as one month ago, when I migrated my account to mojang.com (and changed the password). I don't know the extent of the damage.

- How did you hear about Herocraft?: I heard about it from my friend here in the dorms, time_warp1. We were hoping to build some crazy redstone contraptions, either as a service to a township or in a team, somewhere in the wilderness. (I am aware of good practice for minimizing redstone's impact on the server, and we will keep our overhead to a minimum).
- Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Yes...NOTE: Vote#7 suggests that I may be "attempting to vote through proxy". I believe this is caused by the local network here at CU Boulder Campus.
- Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes
- Reason you should be accepted:
I'm interested in building useful and practical vanilla-style redstone systems for use in towns, and I'm excited to find out how wireless redstone affects redstone systems design. My communications will be appropriate and efficient, and I will respect other players.
I'm also interested in building castles with utilitarian and modular design (I haven't tried combining redstone and castles yet, but I will).
I'm aware that initially, playing on this server can be extremely difficult, and I'm willing to endure it if it means I can reach my goal of becoming an expert redstone engineer like my friend, time_warp1.
I am willing to debug technical issues myself before posting on a forum, and I'm familiar with many of the errors one might encounter in Minecraft and its mods. I would also be willing to provide technical support to anyone needing it, given I have the knowledge to understand what issue they're having.
I avoid "talking down" to people when I'm helping them debug something. I believe we all have the capacity to do what we most want, given a certain balance of motivation and assistance. - Special key (DON'T LEAVE BLANK!): HCs11
- Additional Info: I'm not sure why it was in the "excellent" example application, but I too am good at programming. I know eight different languages (including Java, C/C++, C# and even x86 (32-bit) assembly), and have dealt with a wide variety of topics, including computer graphics (2D, 3D), game programming, optimization (algorithmic and low-level), procedural terrain generation (using heightmaps) and physics engines (jBox2D, Bullet).
