Suggestion Sneak being sneaky

We all know how the skill sneak works (it makes it so that your name cannot be seen through walls) but one thing it doesn't do is silence your footsteps... People can still hear you running around outside their house if you are sneaking. I just thought it would be a good idea to make rogue classes more sneaky.

Would take client mod, since your target controls the hearing of the footsteps (and all sounds they hear) with their Sound Settings. Could be wrong, needs confirmation.

Sound is server-side so technicly it would be possible. Praticly I don't know if bukkit gives the API for it.
