Since Barnabus created a Pokemon inspired skill thread (Metronome) I felt inspired so made some abilities based around "Sleep" (Since a sleeping Skitty looks SO cute!)
The basis for all the skill is the ailment sleep which is sort of a move advanced roots which has both upsides and dowsides
Sleep = Blindness 1, Slow 3 (maybe switch slowness out with bed if the bed wasnt so buggy,) Silenced (for the most part except for certain sleep based skills,) -25% dmg using items, a whopping -50% dmg taken overall, and a low heal over time. This would make Sleep get for team fights and a good turning tide in 1v1!
The Skills:
Rest: Place user to Sleep for 8 seconds with 25% of blocking an attack, and at the end of Sleep heals 75% HP and 25% HP.
Sing: Places target in 6 block range to Sleep for 3 (+0.1*levels) seconds.
Sleep-Talk: (Only working during sleep) randomly uses one of the target's skill with no warm-up and CD based on skill used (So example: You use Sleep-talk and get Megabolt then after sleep you can use Megabolt again since the CD inplace was for Sleep-talk and not Megabolt)
Dream-Eater: Deals 200 Dmg to target if target is sleeping and restore 150 dmg to user, if not 10% chance of putting target to sleep for 3 sec.
Snore: (Only working during sleep) deals 75 magic dmg and 75 physical dmg to all enemies in 5 block radius.
Wake-up: Deals 75 physical dmg and will inflict a bonus 150 magic dmg if target is asleep.
Bad Dreams: Inflict 50 magic dmg to target if asleep for 30 seconds.
Nightmare: Inflict 75 magic dmg to target if asleep for 30 seconds and cuases start to a have -25% chance of being put to sleep.
Lullaby: Places all enemies in a 6(+0.2*level) block range to sleep for 5-10 seconds with a 25 (+0.2*level) chance of succuss.
PS: I havent thought of Warm-ups, CDs, Mana/Staminia cost, or Regeant yet but would love help with them.
