I will be offering my services to either clear a large area of land for you, or mine an area for you. even both if you so choose it.
unfortunately with the high volume of pvp atm i will not provide any initial supplies while traveling to your location. it will be up to you to provide me with the necessary supplies for the job.

Plot Clearing:
1. Services rendered are paid on a 30 minute real time interval.
2. If the plot clearing is done under 30 minutes, 30 minutes pay is still required. if it requires 35 minutes, you must pay for 1 hour.
3. The payment method can be worked over in game or through PM on the forums. ie: half now, half later etc. etc.
4. Everything i find is yours. to ensure this i /kill after the job is done if you so choose.
Mining:
1. Services rendered are paid on a 30 minute real time interval.
2. Everything i find is yours. to ensure this i /kill after the job is done if you so choose.
3. My mining method is just that: mine. if you want it mined a certain way, then you can go ahead and mine the area yourself
4. All i require is where you want me to start and i will take it from there.
Other Info:
1. The time will not stop if i die due to someone raiding the area you chose. i will come back, but travel is included in the pay this time around.
2. If you wish to pay ahead of time and leave a chest of supplies hidden i will complete the requested job at the location specified in the template below.
3. If you choose to leave a chest and pay ahead of time, it is to the understanding that i completed the job to your specs and it is not my fault if you do not like the outcome.
4. If i arrive to the specified location and the hidden chest of starting supplies has been stolen, i will not charge you for my travel time and i will contact you noting the incident.
4. It is possible to split paid services under extreme circumstances. ie: work 15min today and 15min tomorrow. you will be required to pay half now and half later.
Prices:
30 min plot clearing: 5oc
30 min mining: 50c
prices WILL fluctuate based on the economy.
prices are NON-negotiable
all information is subject to change at my discretion or that of the server owner/admins/mods
