While playing a skirmish last night, upon the start of one match, I spawned on top of nothing, fell down into nothing, and died, without ever getting a look at the map. I believe this occurred in the castle-like map with the courtyard, or at least that's what my would-be opponent told me after I asked him.
EDIT: Cannot reproduce, haven't seen it happen since. Must have been an odd fluke from the first time using whatever map it may have been. I'll update this thread with a new post if I ever see it happen again.
