So, was dueling earlier and noticed that a special someone was avoiding rating loss by using /skirmish leave. Here's how it happens:
Challenge someone to a duel like so http://puu.sh/25KVI
Start to lose.
Realizing that you'll lose rating if you win and award your adversary rating, you /skirmish leave like so:

So (as seen in the screenshots) by leaving you get a different rating which saves your original rating and denies rating loss/award for others.
