Suggestion Skirmish Bans

Since there are some anoying guys out there, there should be skirmish bans too, this should be punished if:

*the only thing they do during skirmish is run (there must be proof) banned for 2 days 1 skirmish warning

*if 2 people just sit there without hitting eachother (on purpose) banned for 1 hour none warnings

*if someone join and cant pvp yet (thats sucks) banned for 3 days and 1 warning

If someone gets to 5 warnings, they are banned for a whole week, if they get 2 more warnings a month, 1 moer warning forever. I mean, there must be some rules. The bans are just in skirmish battles, not hc.

1) running can be seen as kiting or w/e you just gotta learn to counter it
2) there is a 2 and a half minute (I think) timer on every arena making this is not a problem
3) I have no idea if this works or not but I think they should just be disabled from entering skirmishes

Bans are unecessary for these are no real problem and not against the rules. I suggest that if you don't like the game your in then do /skirmish leave since currently there is no rating system leaving will make no impact on you.

Camping DeathMatch or BattleGround should be punishable and teaming in DeathMatch as well because its awfully annoying and ruins the arena. Not a ban necessarily but something.

I disagree with the main post, but dragoons who uses superjump and stands on the roof on an arena is really annoying.

So running/kiting should have a 2-day ban, while both players not fighting would be just 1 hour? If any of those two were even something bad or something that could be moderated, the running part should have less time than the other. This would just create more work for Moderators going through all the whining and proofless accusations of people needing to get banned because you either want everyone banned or dont like it when they use some kind of tactics (referring to running) to beat your ass.

If you don't like it don't do it that's all I have to say to this. As I said before /skirmish leave if you are fed up with a game and just rejoin.
