Cooldown: 180 sec
Effects:
  1. 20-39: Has a 2/3 chance to apply a random negative effect and 1/3 chance to give a random positive effect.
  2. 40-59: Has a 1/3 chance to apply a random negative effect and 2/3 chance to give a random positive effect.
  3. 60: Gives a random positive effect.
I think this would give alchemists a little something that is kinda of interesting to use. It would be random and unpredictable and I feel would give off a real feeling of something a crazed alchemist might do.

I think it would be more fun if the chance of a negative effect never went entirely away. Cool placeholder idea for cauldrons!

I do like this idea alot, but from what you said Dsawemd, there isn't a point to using a skill until you hit 60 making all the other stuff at lower levels useless.
