Suggestion Skill for Ninja

Skill Name: Locksmith
Skill: Can pick through locked chests using, and only using, an iron hoe. Must right-click on the chest, and hold it there for 30-45 sec. Once this is achieved the chest will open. Cooldown time can range from 30 min- 2 hours, whatever you (people who would put this on) like. High skill level perk.

Im going to go ahead and say this wont happen because there is a reason LWC's are there in the first place.

If it opens LWC'd chests, then it will be heavily OP. But, if you could make some kinds of small locks with a profession spec, which could be openable with this, It MIGHT be somewhat balanced in my eyes. Maybe give something like Smith a skill that can make small locks to chests in towns, that can be opened only by the people with town region access, and which can be broken by enemy Ninjas with this skill you suggested.
