Single Player Comands?

I'm looking to try my hand with some very large scale builds and wanted to use WorldEdit for this however Ive read that I need to install SPC to do this in single player. I can not seem to find an updated version of SPC so that I can toy around with this. Is there anyone out there that can help me get this set up? Thanks in advance!

Tried setting up a local multiplayer server with WorldEdit (Multiplayer/server version) instead? That way you'd only need WorldEdit and not SPC!
