Do skills that silence targets stack? For example as a ninja if you use garrote (4 sec silence) then kick (5 sec) right after, does that give target 9 seconds of silence or does it default to last skill?

I believe that if you, for instance, used garrote, and then 2 seconds later used kick, you would get 7 seconds of silence, but I cant be sure of that.
