They sure do! Typically the person who muted you is the one who would reply, time permitting of course. (Keep in mind appeals are not a high priority for staff). You're mute was not recorded so I will assume who ever did it is Admin+, likewise they would be the one to unmute you. Tag me in 30 days if you have not heard anything back.

The best appeal is not getting muted! Stay safe in Valorium.
