But it's really not that much, some folders on the desktop, on the dock the standard apps, and FinalCutPro, ScreenFlow, TF2, Steam, Skype, Pandora, and Uberstrike.

Only reason why I have Steam, Rhino, Mumble. TS3, etc., on my desktop is because I can't get it off due to how my dad has things set up on Windows Live Family Safety.
