No, its not discussion owned by the "Heroes" its a discussion about Heroes the mod. not possessive 
thats my understanding of it. however if its a forum specifically designed for HC members (heroes) then you would be correct

There has been Heroes Discussion for at least 3 months before we knew that the Heroes plugin would be created.No, its not discussion owned by the "Heroes" its a discussion about Heroes the mod. not possessive
It does not have to be owned by someone to be possessive to it. I could say "Billy's school", the school that Billy goes to, without him owning it.

It has been? No one tells me anything, but I digress. If I am not mistaken it was not originally, nor is it now, for discussion of the Heroes plugin, but rather a place for Heroes' discussions. And this was moved to Suggestions? Noooooooooooooo- this can be seen by *gasp* unwhitelisted people!
