If I were to make a town based of minas tirith in lord of the rings, would anyone join it?

I would need help building this. So much stone. If I get people I will do this we would have to rush to town level or city to get the space we need.

Correction, we don't need anymore *empty boxes that die after a few weeks. This would be awsome and would never die, because it's not a box.

Well one was Spire, which was only based on it, the other I don't remember it's name, but it was much closer in concept.
